2. What data we collect
Through the contact form on this site we collect: your full name, e-mail address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message. You provide this data voluntarily in order to request information or an insurance quote.
3. Purpose of processing
We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare an insurance quote, or contact you regarding the service you requested. We do not use it for marketing purposes without your separate consent.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given when submitting the contact form, or on steps taken prior to entering into an insurance contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Data retention
We retain inquiry data for up to 2 years from the last contact, unless a longer period is required to perform an insurance contract or comply with a legal obligation (e.g. anti-money laundering and insurance distribution regulations).
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your data to third parties. We may forward your data to the selected insurance company solely to prepare a quote or conclude a policy, with your prior consent.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. Requests can be sent to info@unitime.hr.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Martićeva 14, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
